Atty. Angeli Alyssa S. Andan
Co-founder of Bais Andan Law Offices
Atty. Angeli Alyssa S. Andan is the co-founder of Bais Andan Law Offices and a distinguished legal professional with a strong academic and advocacy background. A honors graduate of De La Salle University–Manila, she earned her Juris Doctor from the DLSU Tañada-Diokno School of Law in 2023 and became the first lawyer in her family.
She brings extensive experience in tax, labor, and legislative work, including roles with SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. and the BARMM Revenue Code. A national moot court finalist and former Labor Law Chairperson of the Lasallian Commission on Bar Operations, she has consistently demonstrated legal excellence and leadership.
Beyond practice, Atty. Andan is a dedicated advocate for youth and nation-building, having led major national initiatives and international delegations—driven by a commitment to justice, service, and transformative leadership.

Atty. Jeriko Rivera Bais is a founding partner of Bais Andan Law Offices, recognized for his strong command of Civil, Commercial, Labor, Political, and Remedial Law. He demonstrated exceptional legal proficiency by excelling in the 2023 Bar Examinations.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the De La Salle University Tañada–Diokno School of Law, supported by a solid academic foundation in Applied Economics and Finance. His professional experience spans private practice, legislative work, and banking regulation, including roles at Puyat Jacinto & Santos Law and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
A respected academic leader, Atty. Bais served as Property Law Subject Head and Civil Law Department member of the Lasallian Commission on Bar Operations, alongside key leadership roles in student governance. His career reflects a deep commitment to legal excellence, leadership, and impactful public service.
