On March 10, 2025, Atty. Angeli Andan delivered a talk on R.A. No. 9262: The Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 and the Magna Carta of Women to a diverse audience of 387 women cancer patients, persons with disabilities, 477 scholars, and 431 VAWC desk officers from across the province of Pampanga.
The event was organized by the Provincial Capitol of Pampanga in collaboration with Zonta Club of Pampanga as part of the celebration of National Women’s Month. Held at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center, the event aimed to raise awareness, empower women, and strengthen support systems for vulnerable groups in the province.
