On June 26, 2026, Atty. Angeli Andan participated in the Gift-Giving and Feeding Program for female Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the Angeles District Jail – Female Dormitory (BJMP 174). The activity was a project of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International – Our Lady of Fatima Circle and the Zonta Club of Pampanga, with the theme “Babae Ka: Dignity, Hope, and a New Beginning.”
Atty. Andan delivered an inspiring talk entitled “A Second Chance: Hope, Healing, and Empowerment.” Her message encouraged the participants to embrace hope, recognize their inherent worth, and believe in their capacity to rebuild their lives despite past challenges.
