Additionally, personal information disclosed in writing or verbally during the process of seeking our legal services, as well as audio, audio-visual, or similar recordings provided by the data subject, may also be collected.

Bais Andan Law ensures that all personal information is used for lawful and limited purpose(s), including providing legal advice and/or services in response to concerns forwarded by the data subject, disclosing information (with prior authorization) to relevant parties or government agencies as relevant to the legal matter, and regularly updating the data subject about significant developments in any field of legal practice relevant to their engagement with us.

Bais Andan Law prioritizes the security of personal information by implementing current and effective physical, technical, and organizational measures. Stringent in/out-of-office security protocols are in place, ensuring limited access to authorized personnel. Physical documents, including sensitive materials, are securely stored, with exclusive safety vaults dedicated to safeguarding them. Disposable personal data undergoes secure and irreversible disposal. 

All personal information is retained in strict adherence to Privacy Laws and for the duration necessary for the Firm to fulfill the purpose of data collection, specifically, to provide the legal advice and/or service sought by the data subjects. Documents related to a legal matter are securely stored for three (3) years, unless a distinct legal mandatory record-keeping period applies, such as financial records for Bureau of Internal Revenue or Bureau of Customs purposes. Both physical and digital copies of the documents may be stored for an extended period if required by law, with the retention period aligning with the prescribed duration mandated by such legislation

3. The right to reasonably access your personal information.
